Cervical radiating pain is neck pain that travels into the shoulder arm or hand often due to irritation or compression of a cervical nerve. Common symptoms: * Neck pain with arm pain * Tingling or numbness * Burning or shooting pain * Muscle weakness * Reduced neck movement Physiotherapy management: * Posture correction and ergonomic advice * Gentle cervical mobility exercises * Cervical and thoracic strengthening * Nerve gliding exercises when appropriate * Scapular stabilization exercises * Manual therapy soft tissue techniques when indicated * Gradual functional and activity based rehabilitation ⚠️ Refer for medical evaluation if there is progressive weakness severe numbness loss of coordination or bowel or bladder changes.
